Tattoos are very painful to be done. If they tell you otherwise, don't get fooled. It's as if someone lights a fire on your skin. And it can last foreeeever - or in my case, for 3 and a half hours. I endured it stoically, and was congratulated by the artist at the end (for my resilience, that is). He also asked me to go back there when it heals, to get a picture of it. He was very pleased with the result, and wants it to be part of his portfolio. Lucky me.
Oh, and I'll post it here too, as soon as is peels and scabs away.
